Membership login isn't working in IE10

Problem:
Cannot login to CRM or Portal in IE10

Details:
It turns out that the reason for this is that there is a known bug in the server (IIS), not in Internet Explorer. Basically, IIS does not know about IE10 and cannot send an appropriate response.

Solution:
Install following hotfix from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2600088
